Four-time Lumpinee champion, Lamnammoon, now Manager and Head Trainer at Sor Sumalee gym in Thailand, comes to the North East to host a seminar at Millenium Martial Arts in Blyth.

Lamnammon is very well known name from the Muay Thai golden era. With his “Muay Khao” style, Lamnamoon was one of the most prolific knee strikers in Muay Thai history. He was an immense pressure fighter who suffocated his opponents in the clinch and delivered devastating knees with his long legs.
With another legend of the fight sports arriving at Millenium Martial Arts to share his knowledge in this seminar, Tony Cunningham had this to say:
