North East favourite, Juan Cervantes, has been confirmed to take on Swedish K-1 Amateur Champion, Audesr Asztely in a Pro K-1 Super Fight for Contender Promotions‘ New Blood: K-1 Rising Stars show on June 11th.


This bout is going to be off the scale with a HUGE fan favourite Cervantes making an appearance on local soil.

Cervantes, of England, fights out of Craig Jose’s Thai Boxing gym Northern Kings in Newcastle, and has fought on some of the top shows including the prestigious Yokkao events.

Asztely, of Sweden, is a Swedish K-1 Amateur Champion and says that amateur means nothing as he already has the confidence of a Pro.

This fight alone is worth making the trip to Middlesbrough on June 11th.
