After bringing Melvin Manhoef to the North East back in June, Contender Promotions’ Garry Bell has secured a seminar tour with another K-1 legend, four-time World Heavyweight champion Ernesto “Mr Perfect” Hoost.
Bell is hosting a seminar at his own Contender Fight Academy and three other gyms around the North East which will consist of pad drills and Q&A’s with the opportunity for signings and photos with the K-1 legend Hoost.

2pm – 4pm: Contender Fight Academy, Stockton-On-Tees

12pm – 2pm: The Manor Thai-Boxing, North Shields
